• Account data — your email and authentication details, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Content you provide — the reference links you paste and the photos and videos you upload to generate clips.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number.
• Usage data — basic logs, device and browser information, and analytics needed to run and improve the Service.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service — process your media, render your clips, and deliver downloads;
• To operate your account, process payments, and provide support;
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations;
• To improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service, including authentication (Clerk), cloud hosting and compute, file storage (Cloudflare R2), database hosting, and payment processing. These providers process data only to deliver their services to us and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

4. Storage and retention

Your uploaded media and rendered clips are stored to provide the Service and your clip history. You can delete clips from your dashboard. We retain account and billing records as needed to operate the business and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

5. Your choices and rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information, and you can request deletion of your data by emailing support@gameofclips.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor valid requests as required by applicable law.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and to keep you signed in, and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
